This tea blend is made with herbs to fight and alleviate inflammation. Turmeric root has been used for centuries to alleviate inflammation of the body, combined with Ginger root and Rosemary it becomes a powerhouse. Ashwaghanda is an adaptogen and improves energy levels and sleep cycles. Skullcap has an affinity for the spinal region and nervous system and is added to this blend to aid in inflammation of the spine and possible nerve endings also known as neuropathy.
